Royal Mail attempted delivery on 5th May, my wife's birthday, but we were not at home. They left a card saying they would deliver the next day 6th May. My wife took a day off work to enable this but it was not delivered. They then tried to deliver it again on 7th May when we were both at work and left a card to say we'd missed delivery again. Yesterday I tried to contact Royal Mail and, well, I haven't space here for the rigmarole involved in that fruitless exercise. I am not blaming Michael Jones at all which is why I gave a 4 star review. Its just that my wife still does not have her birthday present, and as any husband will explain, that is not a good thing.
