I can only apologize for the long delivery time on your Duresta arm covers, the order for them was placed immediately on the 21st of December and ordered for as quick as possible delivery,Duresta upholstery are on a 12 week lead time and obviously there was the Christmas break which holds manufacturing up. All Duresta products are hand finished and take longer than your average supplier. Finally thank you for custom and we do hope to see you in store in the future. Jeremy speed

Thank you for your response, we are very sorry to hear that you have scratched legs, we were not made aware of this at any stage until we read your review,we were asked not to fit legs on delivery as your room was not ready and suite was stored in conservatory, you have fitted legs yourselves, as you know the store owner has contacted you today and ordered two replacement legs for you, in addition you have said you were expecting four scatter cushions and not two, this is not mentioned on your order, as a gesture of goodwill and to show how much we appreciate your custom, we have ordered two additional scatter cushions for you from our supplier, Parker knoll upholstery.
