We are sorry to learn of the problems you have experienced. As one of the UK’s largest importers and suppliers of Lemax I can assure you we only supply new products that are inspected and tested prior to shipping. However some glued items do occasionally get dislodged during transit and for that reason we include the advice. Of course if the item is received broken or a customer does not wish to re-glue any dislodged parts we will always exchange the item. We do take on-board your feedback and will look at clarifying the information leaflet.

Disappointed that a note was placed advising that Lemax products may have dislodged/broken off pieces because they are put together by hand! Instructons are that these should be super glued back! Sure
