Christmas Evergreen Gift Tags offering a festive blend of High Victorian and sinuous Art Nouveau foliage designs: a mix of fin de siècle nostalgia and avant-garde design at the dawn of the 20th century. Adapted from an original Christmas card and plates for ‘Von der Pflanze zum Ornament’ (‘From Plants to Ornament’) by Gustav Kolb and Karl Gmelich, published 1902. Germany is known for its traditional, ornate Christmas decorations which are recreated in these traditional German gift tags with a Holly and foliage design. Made exclusively for Museum Selection.
