This large metal heron stake is created in a weathered rust finish and would look wonderful near to a pond. In Chinese mythology, herons and cranes are venerated as 'princes of all feathered creatures'. The design of this Oriental Heron Garden Silhouette recalls painted scrolls from the Tang dynasty (618 -906 AD) the golden age of Chinese arts and culture.

The item itself seems very good and is for a goft on a very special occasion. the packaging left a lot to be desired and i was relieved to find the item intact!
