Elegant and useful: correspondence cards which are ideal for penning short notes, presented in a co-ordinating wallet with envelopes. Printed on one side, the cards are made from a tactile, textured board and decorated with a dainty design of a floral border and perching birds, from the archives of the Medici Society, founded 1908. The original painted design by Edith Bertha Crapper (1896-1979) included the quotation 'The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come', taken from the Song of Solomon 2:12, King James Version. Featuring pretty details of laburnum, roses, magnolia, clematis, and buddleia the seasonal flowers and charming birds of the design will be perfect to use throughout the year. Made exclusively for Museum Selection.
