Well, I assume your calls are recorded, therefore i would request yourselves to forward me the call recording of where you called to attempt alternative payment, I called yourselves as I couldn't add a vehicle to my MID as you hadn't given instructions on how to do this, nothing at all was mentioned about finance or payment, then all of a sudden in the afternoon I recieved a text message stating my policy was being cancelled which then lead me to call yourselves and find out myself as to why, I then sourced insurance elsewhere without an issue, emailed yourselves asking for the policy to be cancelled at 23:59 on that day with a full refund, no reply, nothing, then at 5am the following morning I get an email from premium finance asking me to sign my credit agreement for yourselves.... pffft no thankyou... if I'd had read your previous reviews on other sites and spoken to other fellow traders before taking a policy out with you I'd have never of even entertained you as you are well known for taking deposits and cancelling shortly down the line
