Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

Good afternoon Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the issues at the cottage. The heating should have not been coming on. Should something like this happen another time, do please let us know and we'll send someone out to take a look. We are working with BT to improve our WiFi provision. Some of our cottages are in very rural locations so they are not on BT's priority list for fibre rollout out but as soon as the facility to provide WiFi becomes available, we will look to install in. This will then improve the options for the TV as well. Kind regards National Trust Holidays
