Thanks so much for your comments - just to reassure you that we totally hear your concerns about trying to spread ourselves too thin. We're being v selective in the experiences we offer and making sure standards of knowledge, research and backup are as high as always (which of course means we do lots of travelling which is nice!) - Alex
