Have to say the response from Neom has been excellent following the above issue and would happily change my score and give them 5 out of 5 now. Excellent customer service to correct the original issue. Thank you Neom

The items came quickly but was disappointed special offers were offered immediately afterwards. I just missed it on a very expensive purchase. I will not be buying early for Christmas again.
