Fast fracked delivery, minimal wasteful packaging, all cardboard. Products smell divine. Web site is the area for improvement - there's no easy "show all products" by price (for example)

My candle arrived in a big huge box rolling about and all Smashed & my husband spent more time cleaning up the mess would not ever order again

I input th e code to get the free travel candle but it seems not to have "stuck" and this resulted in the delivery not having the candle included :(
