Sorry about the confusion with your order.
As Phil (Director) mentioned in an email conversation with you, we operate a system whereby customers add items to an order over time and then either ship them as they come into stock or wait until everything is in stock and ship everything together.
This way, customers who want their stuff on release can get it (subject to the higher costs of shipping separate orders) whilst customers who aren't in a rush can build up bigger single-delivery orders (and thereby save on shipping costs).
It's fair to say that not everyone likes having this choice, which is totally understandable. But others do, mainly because it saves money...especially for UK customers who benefit from free shipping on all orders over £75.
