Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We are glad that you had a nice stay overall. Our records do show that we had maintenance come to your unit to fix the toilet on the day of your arrival after you reported a concern with it continuing to run. We do believe it was resolved after his visit. We were not notified after that time of any continuing problems. We apologize if housekeeping didn't come in to make up your unit one day during your stay and you ran out of specific items. That is a very unusual occurrence. We wish you had brought it to the attention of our front desk staff so that we could have addressed it much sooner to avoid further inconvenience during your stay. We will make sure our housekeeping manager is aware of your comments and hope that your next stay with us will be better.
