This is the best place to go for snowmobiling, ATVing and whitewater rafting! Love the staff and the quality rentals and service from Wayne. Can't wait to go back in August!

Felt that being a school vacation week and that Northern Outdoor's was supposedly almost booked, that there would have been more wait staff for dining. Disappointed.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback and we're sorry you were disappointed in your stay. Housekeeping is to make sure that all units have necessary items available for washing dishes. We apologize that area of your unit was missing those essentials. We have made our housekeeping manager aware of this complaint. We do know that our front desk was alerted on the toilet concern and that it was fixed the same day it was reported. We are sorry it was not fixed prior to your arrival. We were not aware of an issue until you brought it to our attention - which we greatly appreciated! Some mechanical parts can fail after their last use and until we're told at that time, we can't fix the problem. We hope you will give us another chance in the future to provide the quality experience we strive for daily.
