Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We are sorry you felt we were understaffed in the restaurant while here. There are times in a day during snowmobiling season where everyone can show up all at once in a very short period of time or someone calls out unexpectedly. During those times, our wait staff cannot get to everyone as quickly as they'd like, but other staff try to pitch in and help wherever possible. We understand that it can be frustrating, but It is in those moments that we hope for understanding and patience for a short period of time as everything generally smooths out fairly quickly.

The walls were paper thin. Not what I expected. I heard our neighbor doing business in the bathroom at 2am.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We are sorry noise was a concern during your stay. The Logdominium units do share walls similar to many hotel style situations which can be bothersome for some from time to time. We hope you will consider coming back another time and that a private cabin will be available for your stay so that you can enjoy your stay more.

The only issue is that the kitchen closes at 9. We had been out all day riding and then couldnt get dinner because the kitchen closed.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We are sorry that you arrived back too late after snowmobiling to have dinner at the restaurant, but are glad that was the only issue you had during your stay with us! We do inform our guests during the check-in process about the restaurant hours (7 am - 9 pm), but that can sometimes get missed during the excitement of arriving and getting settled in. We do hope that you will be able to have dinner with us during your next stay.
