Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We are glad that there were some aspects of your trip that you enjoyed and that you would consider coming back to stay with us again. We are sorry that you found the beds uncomfortable and that a coffee maker was missing from your Logdominium unit! We will make sure to alert housekeeping. We are happy that you enjoyed easy snowmobiling trail access from behind our main lodge and hope that your next visit with us will be more enjoyable.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We have reached out to the company we work with on the rentals to get more details on the delays. The morning of your pick-up there were unexpected situations that caused their delay in getting to you in a timely manner. One of the reasons was due to a medical situation that needed to be tended to before they could meet with you. We are hopeful this was relayed to you that morning. We are unsure on the time you returned your sled the following day, but all rentals need to be returned by 4:30 pm. There can sometimes be delays when multiple rentals come back at the same time. They do need to look over each sled rented with the guest to make sure there are no issues or concerns. They try to get through this part of the process as quickly as possible. We do hope that this information provides you with further explanation so that the before and after rental delays will not prevent you from wanting to rent snowmobiles through us again in the future.

We do have detailed instructions for the radiant floor heat near the thermostat, but will certainly take a look to see if further clarification can be made.
