We are sorry you were disappointed in being charged for ice, but are pleased you were happy with your accommodations. We are not a traditional "hotel" in the sense that many may be accustomed to staying in so unfortunately, we do not have the standard ice dispensers available for all to use. We do hope this will not deter you from coming to visit us again in the future.

Accomodations were nice, it would be nice to have a coffe pot in room. Restaurant food was good.
