The place was great. The Cozy Cabin was indeed cozy. Food was great, so was the beer. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. A perfect Snowmobiling getaway. We’ll definitely visit again!

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We're glad to hear that overall you had a great experience - despite your snowmobile accident! We do apologize for any possible lack of communication with regards to the insurance and damage deposit requirements for the rentals we offer when you spoke with one of our reservationists. They do make a practice of verbalizing those requirements on the phone, but in case it is missed during the course of conversation or a long amount of time has passed between making the reservation and arrival, the insurance and damage deposit requirements are also noted on the reservation confirmations beneath each rental equipment line item that are emailed once the reservation has been made. We do appreciate you letting us know of your concerns and we will make sure to pass this information along to that department for further discussion on communication improvements in this area.
