Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We are glad to know you were pleased with the service provided while you were here. We are sorry you felt the cabin to be a little tight for your group and that you were disappointed in the cooking supplies provided. It appears we may have fallen short on giving you enough information to be better prepared for your stay with us. A majority of our guests are concerned with the number of beds available for their group, but we can certainly appreciate where you may have preferred to have an extra large kitchen table for everyone to sit at during dinner. We do provide basic cooking supplies in our accommodations. If we find out from a guest, prior to arrival, that they are going to be cooking large meals, we do recommend bringing along extra cooking items just to make sure they are not left short on anything needed. We also do all we can to accommodate a guest request on-site when additional items are needed or requested. We do hope that your lodging experience has not deterred you from wanting to come back to stay with us again and that you were able to enjoy your time snowmobiling on our trails.

We do have cameras in various areas around our complex, but we will make sure to bring this matter to the attention of Management to see if anything further can be done.

Stayed in the Crying Loon last year. Memory foam mattresses were perfect there. Beds in the Timberdoodle were not, we were funneled to the low spot in the middle. We ate 2 meals at the pub, Fri night

This is a big concern for us and one we will address with our Kitchen Manager. We are happy to know that, for the most part, you enjoyed your accommodations. Beds are always a difficult item to please everyone, but we will certainly bring your concerns to the attention of the owners. We are pleased to know that you would like to plan on coming back to visit us again down the road. We would welcome the second chance opportunity to provide you with a more positive experience.
