We are sorry for the concerns you mentioned. We have tried to reach out to you to discuss the issues in greater detail but have, unfortunately, been unable to connect. We apologize for the lack of customer service that was shown to you. We try very hard to provide top notch service to our guests at all times and are concerned by the fact that is appears we may have fallen short on that goal during your visit with us. We are sorry you found the cabin was not as free of cluster flies as it should have been and that there was no note present in the cabin for you to refer to with further explanation. We have brought this to the attention of our housekeeping staff. We do hope you will consider visiting us again in the future, when we hope to be able to deliver an experience that meets all of your expectations.
