It's great to hear that the team have been so efficient, tenants like yourself who look after their property and return it in good order should get their money back soonest, it's not our money or your landlords to sit on, we understand it's your money and appreciate it when people leave their property in good order. Many thanks for taking the time to post this review, I have responded directly in detail however the tenant residing was not keeping the property to a standard that we were happy with, they were regularly contacted following routine inspections but the return of the property was still not up to scratch. We arranged for a full end of tenancy clean and for the garden to be fully attended to prior to you receiving your property back so we are surprised that you felt it necessary to write these words as everything was rectified prior to the properties return and all agreed and signed off at the hand back appointment.
