Thank you for your feedback. I understand your frustration and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. As you mentioned, your order has been fully refunded as requested. In addition, I provided a return label at my own expense, even though this was outside the contractual terms with NOTHS.
Regarding the issue with colour accuracy, it is important to note that computer monitors can vary in their display settings, which is beyond my control. This is a common challenge with online orders, which is why I offer full refunds upon request and even covered the return postage cost for your order, going beyond the standard terms and conditions with NOTHS orders which you agreed upon during the checkout process.

It is disheartening to receive a negative review despite the efforts to address your concerns comprehensively and fairly. Even on my holiday I was providing customer care for you and explained everything in detail which you thanked me for just one day before leaving this review in the enquiry The NOTHS team is also very keen to support customers at any time, we work together like family and good customer experiences is our priority, hence the full refund and return postage labels and costs provided whilst not actually receiving your return of the item in question.
As you know from our correspondence in the enquiry, the delay in processing your return was due to your return not being received (unfortunately it must have been lost in the post and is still missing in transit with Royal Mail). From your reply in this enquiry you were very thankful and happy with the solution so this review was unexpected.
