Very sorry about this but it's an unavoidable consequnece of Brexit I'm aftraid. We are currently in the process of updating our delivery pages to make this clearer to our International Customers.

The biggest issue for me is they charged the Customs charges based on the prices on the items rather than the price paid. Each of the items had the presale price on them and they used this.
