Hi, Sorry you were not happy with your purchase. As this was ordered on Christmas eve most manufacturers have a shut down, Unfortunately some of our items have to be ordered in from the manufacturer which takes 3-5 working days but we do notify customers if there is any further delays due to manufacturing We as a company have procedures in place to protect us as a company and you as a customer from fraudulent purchases, unfortunately this does delay the buying process slightly if a flag is raised and we have to look in to this more for the protection of you as our customer. We are sorry that the product you ordered is not suitable for yourself. There is a product description with added video showcasing the size and suitability of the machine on our website.
