I do apologise for the inconvenience that may have been caused in regard to the delivery of your order.
This parcel was marked as dispatched on our system from our warehouse.
As parcels are first scanned by the courier at the depot of the courier, there is the small chance that this can be lost on the way to their depot from our warehouse, therefore this will be marked as not received by the courier.
Once again, I do apologise for the inconvenience in regard to your order, but hope that this explanation provides some further clarity to this matter.
