Thank you for your feedback in regards to your order with us at the Online Tank Store. We are glad that the service was of a high standard. When your order leaves the factory, we mark it as complete. You should then receive an 'Order complete' email and can expect delivery the next working day in this instance. Most of the time, tracking is sent at the same time as this confirmation email but is not automatic on every occasion unless requested. We do offer a 'customer comments' box at the checkout which allows you to enter any particular comments in regards to delivery. You can also request a phone call beforehand for example and we will do our very best to get this arranged for you.
