You have changed the product without telling me why. Is Cholbiome X3 discontinued? It's worked for me for several years so I should not simply be told you are sending a substitute without a reason.

Ordering was efficient and prompt. Delivery service not punctual. Disliked packaging, preferred flat cardboard packets to plastic tubs.

Haven't opened this new product yet. Plastic tubs are impractical and bulky - especially when almost empty. Cardboard boxes are better and can fit through letter boxes.
