I think it’s absolutely amazing to have a missing piece service. It’s saved so many of our games from being unused as they are missing parts.

Send out MISSING pieces of game without charging customers. It’s orchards fault that the pieces were missing in the first place.

We do send out missing from new pieces free of charge, so please do email info@orchardtoys.com to receive a refund. Our Misplaced Pieces service (for pieces which have been misplaced) we charge a £1.30 P&P fee. Thank you

The jigsaw arrived in Good condition. The pieces are sturdy, brightly coloured and fit easily together. My Grandson wanted to play with it, as soon as he saw it.
