As large, living products our trees require a specialist courier service, and deliveries to remote areas outside of mainland UK require additional resource and logistical planning which can contribute to increased delivery costs. We do appreciate these concerns, and our delivery pricing structures are continually in review to ensure we are offering fair value for the quality of our products and service. Regarding the tree, sometimes they can look a little “tired” after being in transit, particularly in warm weather, but if you are concerned at all please get in touch with our customer service team directly and we’d be happy to discuss further.
