Packaging was outrageous. The product is all natural but it comes in a plastic bottle with plastic shrink wrapped over it, inside a box that is filled with polystyrene pieces.

Hello, 

Thank you for your comment and feedback regarding the packaging of the Verm-X Liquid that you recently purchased. 

We are pleased to confirm the following:

1. The plastic bottle is recyclable with the label.
2. The flumps are made from starch as opposed to polystyrene, these are recyclable. 

The two items we are working on to get fully recyclable are the bottle lids and the shrink wrap. These represent 3% of the total weight of the packaging, our packaging for this product is 97% recyclable.
