Thank you for your review As we explained to you via email YOU ordered through a Google advert LEXUS WHITE PEARL CRYSTAL SHINE 65, after that order came in we mixed that paint that YOU requested and posted it to you. You then applied that paint to your vehicle. You did not order paint using your reg number, you clicked the google ad, added it to basket and paid for it. When you spoke to my colleague they asked you to check the paint code on your vehicle to make sure you had ordered the right thing it was at that point you sent us an image of you paint code sticker for Starfire White 077. My apologies you ordered the wrong paint but our paints are custom mixed to order a exempt from return. Thank you for your feedback You sent us one very unclear image of paint that looks like it matched perfectly fine. Please just send us the clear images we have asked for. Due to you rude, aggressive, dismissive 20 min shouting session you directed at my colleague we will not be answering the phone to you again. For the last time; all we have asked is you send us a clear image of where you have tested the paint (either on the vehicle or on a surface held next to the vehicle) and an image of the aerosol container so we can see the paint code. If you can provide that we will refund you or replace the item. As a point of principle now we will not speak to you over the phone and if you return a part used, custom mixed to order product we will NOT refund you for the item or postage. send us the images via email we have asked for, shouting down the phone will not work.
