Sorry you were disappointed with the number of balloons inflated - on the balloon box it does say inflates 12 - 50 depending on size. You will only inlfate 50 small 9" balloons and with the 11" balloons you purchased from us I think you did well to infate as many as you did. The larger you inflate the balloons the lower the number you will inflate. There is more detailed guidance on our website. Kate Turner, Proprietor
