THis unit should rest on the lower window frame. It is designed for cluster flies and will NOT attract other flies. Performance can be improved by adding some dead flies into the chamber. We have many repeat sales of this product and we can only assume the Cluster Fly species you have are not going to fall for this unique trapping system-sorry Bob Guy

Don't fully understand why this has not worked for you. The fact the bait was taken from the container indicates that the rats/mice were intending to eat the product. Rodents do tend to store food for later and it is possible the rodents had taken bait away for eating later. Sorexa is also a good product and if Sorexa D and your problem was Mice, then Sorexa D would have been the better product. Bob Guy

The Clothes Moth Pheromones are our top selling moth control product but they are not a serious control measure as they only trap male moth, it would take several years to clear a problem with pheromones alone. We can only assume that you do not have Webbing Clothes Moth but perhaps the similar looking and commonly known Carpet Moth, the latter is not so much attracted to the traps.
