Another first class professional experience with Pet Plan. In my opinion definitely the destination for pet insurance.

Good service, easy to make a claim and claims are dealt with promptly and money transferred quickly.

My vet’s practice really dragged its heels on filing the claim. But Petplan were very helpful in getting the situation resolved and kept me informed on what was happening.

When Freya needed treatment it was a relief to know she was covered by Petplan it was very easy to make a claim and the vet made sure of sending the claim forms for me. A very good experience overall.
