Service was good ,payout of claim quick but not an acceptable amount paid in claim after what I paid the vet a big anomaly.

The 20% excess is added to our policies once your pet reaches a certain age. By adding the 20% we are able to ensure that we can still provide cover for pets as they reach old age and enable us to ensure that the increase in your premiums is kept as low as possible.
