How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Easy to do with detailed info. Liked it was clear if you decided not to vaccinate against Lepto you were still covered for other things just not Lepto condition
