Not very good service at all questioned everything put down in the policy saying that a general vet visit was an illness

It was fast to set up and all was explained in full about the policy. I did have a small problem trying to pay on line, but once I made phone contact the whole process was easy

So far so good. Easy to use website. Not quite sure if things like vaccinations are covered or not but that's probably down to me not delving into the documents straight away.
