I recieved my products over the holiday period within days. Really fast service. The only problem is with returns. You can only have an exchange or crdit note if you return to a store. Other companies

Great to have more choice online than in the shops. however, it would be useful to be able to get a refund if changing items in store rather than simply a credit note or exchange.
