Placed order in February in the belief I would receive it in March. Not kept updated. Item only just received but one of the jewels was loose. Could not risk returning as is a present for early May.

Thank you for your review. In mid-January, we moved our call centre and warehousing operation from Cumbria to Devon to improve our customer service, but it did not run smoothly with the stock transfer taking longer than planned. This resulted in glitches with the despatch of orders and we apologise that you have been affected and for our lack of communication.
