The necklace I ordered, including express delivery, arrived completely broken. I was told a replacement item would follow. I was then told the item was no longer available. Very disappointed.

Speedy delivery, and pleased that excessive packaging was not used. Just the right amount for a postal delivery. I really love the brooches that Pia have for sale, especially the quirky ones!
