Hi Steve, an incorrectly addressed email is an excellent reason to give us a poor review. Please accept my apologies, looks like somewhere along the line names and email addresses got mixed up when we sent the list to Feefo. Your policy details are still correct and have nothing to do with what we send to Feefo. Again, apologies for the stuff up, we will send a correction!

Please accept our apologies about how long this has taken, you're right increasing your cover should be quicker and we can understand why you're disappointed. As you'll know, when you increase your cover we need to consider your updated health information and that’s taken longer than it should in your case. I can see in the system progress has been made and I'm hopeful this will be sorted for you early this week.
