Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi, We have looked into this, and it seems as though Royal Mail have lost a mail sack which we handed to them on the afternoon of 26/05, leading to a batch of small orders going missing. I'm incredibly sorry for all of the hassle caused by the delay in delivery, we'll resend your order today to have it with you for the weekend. Kind Regards, Christian
