Didn't tell lad ram bay that we had paid a deposit so we lost deposit.

Sorry to hear about this. All booking confirmations (including deposit amount) are sent instantly by tracked email to the park as soon as bookings are made: the park's email address is alongside yours at the top of your confirmation. Bookings and deposits are also available to view in our shared portal which the site has access to. We have contacted Ladram Bay and understand that they offered to refund your deposit once the booking was traced. Pitchup.com
