Thank you for your feedback, our divisional head of property management provided a detailed breakdown of the budget for the year via zoom to Leaseholders and there were slightly over 100 people.
We have apologised for those who could not attend due to the 100 person capacity. The presentation was subsequently provided online https://youtu.be/0PGAe81RgPM and a follow up meeting with 1000 capacity was arranged with multiple people from pbm and our senior management present. Shortly after we also arranged a hybrid EGM which was both in person and online and with online voting functionality.
We also held an on site surgery until 8pm on a separate day, sent several communications including a Q&A and a slide deck of pertinent information. This all took place within a 4-8 week period. We accept it was an oversight to only have 100 person capacity for the initial zoom meeting and believe we responded in the right way, making every effort to communicate the important information with customers via send outs, 1-2-1 meetings and holding another zoom meeting. We believe in learning from our mistakes.
