Very efficient and personal and professional. Whilst in Jersey, transfers were effortless. We didn't need the rep's support fortunately! But was nice to know they were available.

I apologise again for the low level of service you received from us on this occasion, it is certainly not the usual high standards of care we offer our clients and this has been addressed internally.
