It was regrettable that your return flight was cancelled by the airline and when you were re-booked onto the alternative flight they did not move the assistance requests over which is what should have happened. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused. We will ensure going forward that we send documentation in a timely manner so that clients like yourself do not have to contact us asking for it to be sent. From your comment about the L'Horizon Beach Hotel and Spa we are delighted that you enjoyed the hotel and we do hope you have retained many happy memories of your stay there.
