Thank you for your feedback following your recent stay at The Grand in Jersey. We are sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet with your expectations and from your comments you did address them with the Deputy Manager whilst at the hotel.

Thank you for your feedback following your recent holiday to Jersey. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the standard of service you received from us. We never want any of our customers to feel that way.
Regarding the lunches on Christmas and Boxing day we can confirm that these were included in your reservation at the hotel. The hotel may not have been doing a ' special meal ' on Boxing Day but they were providing lunch. It appears that there may have been some misunderstanding from the staff member at the hotel.
The car hire costs, we provided you with these if you wanted to booked through us. As there are different companies providing car hire in Jersey prices can vary and also these companies can offer discounted rates to people who book direct with them and that is why on this occasion it was cheaper to book directly.
We apologise that we could not refund the cost of the transfer but this was due to charges that applied to the service. We regret that at the moment you feel you are unable to use our services again but we do hope in the future you might reconsider this as we would welcome the opportunity to restore your faith in our services and products.
