We would like to extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you encountered upon your arrival at Jersey Airport, with you transfer. Upon reviewing your booking, our records indicate that our representative Linden contacted our transfer provided, and they confirmed a delay on their end .Unfortunately, it appears you had already arranged alternative transport due to the extended wait. We understand the frustration this situation must have caused, especially after a delayed flight, and we regret any added stress it may have caused you both. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, please rest assured we are taking steps to address it internally to prevent such issues in the future.
