We appreciate your detailed comments on the lighting, kitchen supplies, and other issues. I want to assure you that your concerns are being taken seriously. We are currently reviewing our inventory and amenities to ensure that future guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Regarding the lighting, we will look into increasing the wattage or adding additional fixtures to improve the brightness. We also understand the importance of having basic necessities provided, however, convenience items are only provided on arrival and it is up to our guests to purchase their needs throughout the stay. As for the kitchen utensils and access fobs, we’re addressing these issues to ensure that everything is in good condition and readily available. Thank you again for your constructive feedback.
