We have looked into this and can see that you emailed us asking to add an item to a pending order, as you had forgotten to include it when ordering.
Regretfully this order had already been packed, and so we were not able to add the additional item on this occasion.
Whilst we will always endeavour to stop orders where possible, we do ask that we are contacted when the order is still in it’s processing stage.
Due to the large volume of orders we dispatch, attempting to locate and amend packed orders can have a significant impact on warehouse operations.
As a gesture of good will and as a recognition of your loyalty however, we then offered to waiver the shipping charge against this item, if you were happy to pay for the item itself.
We believe we did everything we could to offer a fair resolution on this occasion, and we are disappointed to see you will be leaving us as a customer.
